Our office is committed to providing you with the best possible care. It is customary that payment is due on the day services are rendered. You will be given an estimate of your costs. Please ask if you have any questions concerning the costs involved in your care.
Payment Options
Do not allow the cost of treatment to deter you from necessary dental care. While insurance may not cover your entire procedure, there are additional payment options. Koyfman Dental offers in-house dental financing with no credit check and accepts third-party financing to help cover your out-of-pocket expenses.
DENTAL COVERAGE PLAN
If you need dental insurance, a membership with our dental coverage plan can get you:
- 2 Exams a year
- 2 Check up X-rays
- 2 Cleanings
- 1 Full Mouth X-rays (every 5 yrs)
- 20%** off dental work (some exclusions apply see below)
*This reduced fee plan does not apply to any treatments performed by
specialists outside of our office*
**If payment for treatment is made using Care Credit or Lending Club or Proceed Finance, the discount is reduced to 10% off dental work**
*** Coupons and package deals cannot be used in combination with the 20% off. Patient will receive the large of the two discounts***
**** 20% is the max discount, therefore the cash paid in full discount cannot be stacked on top
There is a one-time activation fee of $150
- $30 a month for one person
- $55 a month for two people
- $85 a month for the whole family (up to 4 individuals; additional family members are $20/per person)
All you have to do is fill out a simple enrollment form indicating what bank account to use and the plan that you need, depending on the size of your family. Once the plan is set up, each month that amount will be deducted from your account. There are no credit checks and any person who has a checking account qualifies! There is a 1 year minimum.
