Patient had an open bite and misaligned teeth. Patient was hesitant to just use braces to correct her teeth because the shape and size of her teeth would remain the same. Patient decided she wanted a complete smile makeover and Dr. Koyfman agreed she would have the best result with an upper and lower all on 4 procedure.
