Patient was periodontal disease which he was trying to control. Despite his best efforts, his teeth were failing him. He was unable to chew and overall wanted a healthier mouth. Patient was so happy he found Dr. Koyfman, who was able to fix his upper and lower teeth together (one surgery). Patient is so thrilled he can finally smile and eat the foods he would like.
